"Order" means an order via phone or email made by a customer to purchase services or products provided by createspacepublishing.com. Down payments confirm orders via check, credit card, cash receipt, bank wire transfer, Western Union, or PayPal transfer.

Our Services

You must read and comprehend the refund policy to fully understand the privileges and limitations governed by the createspacepublishing Policy. Before submitting any Order and/or payment to this Website, you must read these Terms and Conditions.


Due to the nature of our service / product, we do not accept returns on fulfilled orders.
Suppose changes are required to ensure quality standards, such as editing and proofreading services, as well as requirements. In that case, we have a revision process to assist all customers, as their satisfaction is the most important thing to us.
If the fulfilled product does not meet the requirements specified when the order was placed, we will conduct a thorough internal review and revise or recreate the content at no additional cost.


According to the service description for each package, each package has its revision policy. We provide revisions within 5 to 10 days of the order accessing the Waiting for Customer Approval status in our Order Management Platform. The revision period will be determined by the ordered package.

Revisions are applied at the end of the order process after the product has been presented for review, and the status has been changed to Waiting for Customer Approval. At this time, the customer may request revisions directly by sending an email to their assigned Project Manager.

Ensure that the original requirements have been met across the board.

Because it is delivered in Word format and they own the rights to it, the customer is always welcome to change any content they receive from us after the order has been fulfilled and before publishing.s


We handle refunds individually and do our best to support the customer and meet their needs.
To the best of our ability, our team will always work with the customer to resolve any issues.

Orders that have not yet been allocated and/or started at the time of the refund request are among the circumstances in which a refund may be provided, yet not limited too if there is an exceptional reason.

Refunds, if processed, take 5 to 15 days to appear on the customer's end. In all cases, a processing fee of USD 250 or 5% of the order amount (whichever is greater) will be charged. The support team will confirm approval for the refund request, which can only be made and used as the original payment method when placing the order. You will also get a refund notification via the email address you used during checkout.

We only offer refunds in exceptional circumstances and under specific conditions, as detailed below:

Author's Right to Terminate

The Author may terminate this Agreement by providing written notice to the Provider. However, it's important to note that the Author will not be eligible for a refund solely due to a change of mind.

Refund Conditions

The Author can request a refund only after all the services outlined in this Service Agreement have been delivered, and the Author is dissatisfied with the results, providing fair and justifiable reasons for their dissatisfaction.

Author Responsibility for Delays

In cases where the Author delays in providing the required materials or feedback necessary to proceed with the services mentioned in this Service Agreement, the Author cannot hold the company responsible for any resulting delays in project deliverables.

Refund Calculation

If a refund is deemed applicable based on the dissatisfaction with project deliverables, the refund amount will be determined by deducting the cost incurred by the company for the percentage of the project that has been delivered to the Author. This will result in a partial refund, with the deducted amount reflecting the project's progress.

Non-Refundable Taxes

It's important to note that any taxes paid to the company by the Author will not be subject to refund and shall remain non-refundable.

Our service prices and discounts are subject to change without notice.
